Position of the derailleur

The derailleur has to be posioned on the bigger radius like on the picture. (1mm up the longer teeth)

ADVICE

Do not cross - Keep your chain on line
When going in high gear shift first on the greater chainring and then shift
on smaller sprockets.
Do not change gear under pressure.
