2 GEOMETRIES OF CRANKS

There are 2 types of crank geometry cranks star :

  • International standard : Shimano, FSA etc
    A1 front and back
  • Standard : Campagnolo, Stronglight compact
    B1 front and back

The standard Campagnolo, Stronglight compact require positionning the chain ring so diametrically opposite (180° rotation in the direction of clockwise)
over the standard Shimano, FSA etc.. because of the geometry of the star.
